2. Cancellation After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped or dispatched:

Incorrect or incomplete address

Courier partner does not service the delivery location

High-risk or suspicious transactions

Repeated COD refusals from the same account
If an order is cancelled automatically, any applicable refund will be processed as per our refund timelines.
4. Refund Timelines for Cancelled Orders
