Towns and semi-urban areas
Select rural locations (subject to courier availability)
If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you after order placement and assist with alternatives.

India Post (for select remote areas)
Courier selection depends on delivery speed, serviceability, and order location.
3. Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed:

5. Shipping Charges
Prepaid Orders: Free or charged based on cart value (shown at checkout)
Cash on Delivery (COD): COD handling fee may apply
Remote Area Surcharge: Rare, but may apply for select pincodes
All applicable shipping charges are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
If COD is available for your location:
COD fee (if applicable) must be paid at delivery
Please keep the exact amount ready
Refuse delivery if the package appears damaged or tampered
Repeated COD refusals may result in COD being disabled for your account
COD availability depends on courier serviceability.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

Tracking link via SMS / Email / WhatsApp
Tracking updates may take 8–24 hours after pickup to reflect.
8. Delays in Delivery

9. Packaging & Quality
Every PlainMood order is packed with care and includes:

If you receive a package that is damaged, unsealed, or tampered with:

10. Wrong, Missing, or Damaged Items

11. Undelivered Orders / Return to Origin (RTO)

Prepaid orders:

COD orders:
The order will be cancelled automatically.
Repeated RTOs may result in account restrictions.

Once an order is shipped, address changes cannot be made
